RCX Sports – Request for Proposal – NFL FLAG League Operator Summit
Overview:
RCX Sports (RCX) is the operator of the NFL FLAG Tournaments for the National Football League (NFL). In 2023, RCX will host the NFL FLAG Summit, that will take place in July. These 3 days onsite are a time for NFL FLAG league operators to celebrate a successful spring/summer season, learn about what NFL FLAG will be offering in the future, and network with fellow league operators from all over the country.

NFL FLAG Summit will provide a lot of time for learning and growing, but also a time to socialize with the best in the business. There will be 2-3 socials that take place for all attendees centered around experiences the best the host city and host NFL Club has to offer. Read More
EVENT DETAILS:
- Target dates: 7/19-7/22
- Approximately 400-450 attendees
- 95% will be from out of state
- Most events will be held at a host hotel, but we do look to go off site for social events
HOTEL REQUIREMENTS:
Convention space needs:
- Large convention space that can hold 400-500 classroom style
- 1-2 additional large spaces for exhibitors (8-12) and meals.
- 2 breakfasts, 2-3 lunches
- 2-3 smaller breakout rooms that can hold 200 classroom style
- 1 office space
- 1 storage space
Hotel room needs:
- 1000+ hotel room nights
- Designated booking link
- Aiming for around $220-$250 per night rate

Overview:
RCX Sports operates NFL FLAG Tournaments all over the country in the spring and fall. In one year, RCX Sports will run a series of sixteen (16) NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments across the country, whose winners will qualify for a chance to play in the NFL FLAG Championships at Pro Bowl presented by Subway.
The sixteen NFL FLAG Regionals will operate alongside NFL Clubs in NFL Markets. Only NFL FLAG teams will be able to participate, and all teams must abide by the rules set forth by NFL FLAG. For more information on the Regional Tournaments, you can visit our WEBSITE.
NFL FLAG Regional tournaments will feature fierce competition on the field, but also exciting and engaging off-field opportunities, presented by the NFL Club and approved NFL FLAG sponsors, for all spectators, coaches, and athletes.
