RCX Sports Named to Front Office Sports’ 2025 “Most Innovative” List

RCX Sports has been named to Front Office Sports’ 2025 list of the Most Innovative organizations in sports. The annual FOS Honors celebrate the people and companies finding new ways to shape the future of the industry.

This year’s list includes a wide mix of honorees: streaming platforms like Amazon Prime Video and NBC Sports, pro teams such as the Minnesota Twins and Juventus, and leagues like Athletes Unlimited Softball and League One Volleyball. To see youth sports recognized alongside organizations of this scale shows just how much the space has grown—and how important it is to keep building opportunities for kids and families.

“Front Office Sports Honors is a reflection of the people and organizations actively transforming global sports,” said Adam White, CEO and founder of Front Office Sports. “From rising young leaders to pioneering organizations, this year’s lists showcase the energy, innovation, and evolution shaping the business of sports.”

For RCX, innovation comes down to making sports easier to access and more enjoyable to play. Whether it’s expanding programs nationwide or teaming up with partners to grow youth sports at the community level, the mission is simple: open more doors for youth athletes.

“Our job is to make sure every kid who wants to play gets that chance,” said Izell Reese, CEO of RCX Sports. “If this recognition helps shine a light on that mission, then it’s a win for all of us.”

RCX Sports partners with the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, and USTA to deliver programs that reach communities nationwide. This recognition is another step forward in continuing to grow those opportunities for the next generation of athletes.
