ATLANTA, GA (October 9, 2025) — RCX Sports, the leader in youth sports experiences, and the National Police Athletic League (National PAL), one of the country’s most impactful youth development organizations, today announced a strategic nationwide partnership that will expand NFL FLAG football opportunities to hundreds of communities nationwide.
Rooted in a shared commitment to increase access to high-quality, safe, and inclusive sports programming for children in communities nationwide, the partnership will prioritize not only program growth, but also character development, safety, and long-term impact. RCX and National PAL will launch new initiatives aimed at growing engagement among PAL’s extensive national network, providing critical resources and support to local agencies, and building more sustainable, community-driven leagues. Together, they aim to build strong, community-based leagues where the emphasis goes beyond the scoreboard—fostering mentorship, leadership, and life skills at every level of play.
RCX Sports is currently the operator of NFL FLAG, the NFL’s official youth flag football league for ages 5-17. National PAL will have access to NFL FLAG resources and RCX will support in operating youth flag football events for local PAL chapters. More than 300 local PAL chapters, located in almost every state, serve some 2 million youth every year.

Regional outreach will be a cornerstone of the partnership. National PAL will work closely with RCX to identify and connect with local chapters where NFL FLAG programming can make the greatest impact—bringing both organizations together to serve the communities that need it most.

Additionally as part of the collaboration, RCX Sports will play an active role at National PAL’s annual conference beginning in July 2026. The event will feature a dedicated speaking opportunity for RCX, underscoring the long-term commitment both organizations are making to each other and the communities they serve.
On the ground, the partnership will bring enhanced programming and event support to PAL communities. RCX will help launch several kickoff events to celebrate the start of PAL leagues, and will also provide operational guidance—such as tournament blueprints and scheduling support—for end-of-season play, helping to elevate the overall experience for participants.
