RCX is the official operating partner of NFL FLAG, a fun and accessible non-contact program available for girls and boys ages 5-17. With 1,600+ locally operated leagues and over 700,000 youth athletes, NFL FLAG is the largest, most recognized flag football organization in the U.S.—and the only one where players wear official NFL gear.
The foundation of youth sports is more than just learning the fundamentals; it’s about being a part of team and most importantly, having fun. That’s why each NFL FLAG league is designed to give boys and girls of all abilities a chance to learn, play—and have a blast doing it.

NHL STREET is designed to provide kids and their families the best of what youth sports can be: having fun, staying active, making friends, and creating great memories. Alongside the National Hockey League, RCX Sports is establishing and expanding recreational hockey across North America with NHL STREET programming.
Created with parents and guardians in mind, NHL STREET ensures the pressure, schedules, and costs typically associated with hockey are kept in check for kids ages 5 to 17.

RCX Sports, a Jr. NBA partner since 2018 serves as the program’s official operating partner. All Jr. NBA Leagues members – which will include a combination of community-based organizations, schools, and independent operators – receive a robust suite of resources including training opportunities and basketball curricula designed to enhance league effectiveness, gameplay, on-and-off-court player and coach development.
Jr. NBA Leagues participants represent NBA and WNBA teams in their home markets and across the leagues by competing in official NBA and WNBA team-branded uniforms. The program offers unique benefits and include exclusive experiences for youth players and parents to promote the game of basketball and generate excitement around the hometown teams.

RCX Sports has teamed up with Major League Soccer to implement youth soccer leagues for boys and girls across the country. Designed to provide local communities with an inclusive and accessible youth sports experience, MLS GO leagues are recreational and a fun way to help kids stay active, make friends, and play on a team.

RCX Sports operates MLB’s youth skills competition — Pitch, Hit & Run. From local competitions, to regional championships and national finals; the FREE competitive opportunities for youth athletes are available in the United States and Canada.

Since 2017, RCX Sports has operated the nation’s largest free football camp and combine. Rivals Camp Series attracts competitive high school football players, aiming to improve their skills and increase their exposure to college football coaches.

Each year, RCX Sports runs NFL FLAG College Showcases across the country. These one-day recruiting events are designed for student-athletes to demonstrate their skills, learn about eligibility rules and scholarship opportunities, and connect directly with NAIA and NJCAA coaches.
